The new 4.0 Release of LiteCad is now available. Litecad is an intuitive use configurator created for the Litec products.

With this software the designer can quickly assemble the structure to then present it to the customer. Furthermore, the list of the necessary components can be obtained instantly, together with all technical data such as weight and volume. All this is possible without having any specific knowledge of the CAD world. LiteCad has been written and thought up for use in the Windows® environment and therefore it automatically assumes the best characteristics for this system, starting with compatibility.

The processes typically used in truss welding are MIG (metal inert gas, process 131 according to EN ISO 4063) and TIG (tungsten inert gas, process 141 according to EN ISO 4063) methods.

Litec has chosen manual TIG welding for its trusses, and all the welders in the Litec workforce are qualified by the German SLV institute at Fellbach according to standard EN ISO 9606-2.
